Objective

We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in our space and how we can differentiate ourselves through our product/service offering, and our messaging.

The final deliverables should take the form of:

1. A final report of research findings (Positioning graph, competitor matrix etc...)
2. Recommendations
3. A 30-minute presentation

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.

Manager will provide input and feedback.
