Develop Digital Marketing & Community Growth Plan

Paw Manor is an online pet supply store committed to providing high-quality products for pet owners. While we have developed marketing strategies, we face challenges in executing them effectively. Through this project, we seek student collaboration to enhance our digital marketing efforts and strengthen our local community presence. Students will contribute by: Understanding our target market, brand identity, and product offerings. Reviewing and deploying marketing content (social media posts, emails, promotions) to increase website traffic. Managing and updating our social media channels to maintain engagement. Identifying potential vendors, including local small pet brands and handcrafted pet-related artists , for collaboration and website listing. Developing a Toronto-based pet community identity , fostering a platform for local pet owners to connect, share experiences, and discover pet-friendly resources. Providing recommendations to refine Paw Manor’s website, including target audience alignment, style improvements, and content strategies . Bonus opportunities include: Conducting research and recommending SEO strategies to improve content discoverability.
