Fandora's Canadian Social Media Strategy and Event Representation
Fandora, a company looking to expand its presence in Canada, aims to develop a robust social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement. The project involves crafting a comprehensive plan, and executing relevant creatives and messages, that leverages various social media platforms to reach target audiences effectively. Additionally, the project seeks to identify key Web3, Media & Entertainment events and industry associations in Canada where Fandora can establish a presence. The goal is to create a cohesive strategy that not only promotes Fandora's offerings but also positions the company as a thought leader in the industry. This project provides learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of digital marketing, event planning, and industry research to real-world scenarios, fostering skills in strategic planning and execution.
Canadian Market Adaptation for Fandora's Web Platform
Fandora is seeking to expand its digital presence by adapting its existing web platform to better serve the Canadian market. The current platform, built with React and hosted on Vercel, requires modifications to create new landing pages that resonate with Canadian users. This project aims to tailor the user interface and experience to align with Canadian cultural and market preferences. The team will focus on localizing content, ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations, and optimizing performance for Canadian users. By doing so, Fandora hopes to enhance user engagement and increase market penetration in Canada. The project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of React and web development in a real-world context, focusing on internationalization and localization strategies.
Canada Go to Market Strategy for FANDORA
FANDORA is world's first Pre NFT Content and Rights Marketplace. What we are endeavoring to do - connect CREATORS, who are strong in creating content but feel adopting Web3 as a challenge owing to various reasons (such as technology, rights protection, multitude of marketplaces, inability to derive optimal value for their content on web3 etc) with NFT MINTERS/CONVERTORS, who may be strong in transacting in NFTs/Web3 projects but unable to continuously produce engaging content. In further phases, FANDORA would also strengthen its portfolio of services on adding unique NFT/Web3 features such as token gated access and dynamic NFTs - and eventually enable creators and talent to raise funds for their upcoming projects through Tokenised Crowdfunding. We are simultaneously launching in India and Canada - and need the help of participating students to help us study the Canadian market for such a platform and help us draw the right go to market and communications strategy for FANDORA.
