A key aim for us is building market share outside of our core client base of legacy 2Heads clients, and a key target is selling our solutions to other agencies and event organizers rather than direct to brand.

The project aims to design customizable dashboards that effectively collate and present event data from various app modules. The goal is to create both client-facing and internal business dashboards that cater to different user groups, ensuring that the data is presented in a meaningful and accessible manner. A key focus will be on enhancing user experience (UX) by integrating an AI prompt interface and exploring the use of cutting-edge tools. The project will require learners to apply their knowledge of data visualization, UX design, and AI integration. By the end of the project, learners should have a comprehensive understanding of how to design dashboards that are both functional and user-friendly, providing valuable insights to users.

Event Tech App Consolidation - UX/UI

We have a range of solutions under the gther platform brand - ticketing, registration, badging, virtual and hybrid events, meeting management and meeting screening. A key aim for us is building market share outside of our core client base of legacy 2Heads clients, and a key target is selling our solutions to other agencies and event organizers rather than direct to brand. To unify the platform, we need to consolidate functionality across our apps. We currently have multiple apps for specific product areas, which we are looking to consolidate for the longer term roadmap. This will involved extensive feature mapping and wireframing to find the optimal path for merging the apps or continuing separate apps for certain key functions.

To unify the platform, we need to build a customer hub for our clients to access their billing, legal agreements, data, link out to all their apps and encourage continued use.
