Key Objectives: Collaborate on Marketing Strategy Assist in developing and documenting a marketing plan that outlines goals, target audiences, messaging pillars, and tactical roadmaps. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to inform strategy. Execute Social Media Marketing Campaigns Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts on LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and potentially Instagram or Facebook. Craft copy, design graphics (using Canva, Figma, or similar tools), and/or record short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines. Optimize posting schedules to maximize reach and engagement. Support Branding Initiatives Ensure all outbound content (social posts, graphics, videos) adheres to our visual identity (logo usage, color palettes, typography). Develop or refine brand assets (e.g., social media banners, profile headers, post templates). Collect and incorporate feedback from the marketing team to maintain cohesive brand voice and look. Drive Brand Awareness & Engagement Monitor and engage with our audience: respond to comments, participate in industry conversations, and foster community interactions. Identify and utilize relevant hashtags, trending topics, and platform-specific features (e.g., LinkedIn polls, Twitter threads, TikTok challenges). Recommend and help implement strategies to grow followers, increase post reach, and boost engagement rates. Measure & Report Performance Track key metrics (impressions, reach, clicks, likes, shares, comments, follower growth) using platform analytics or third-party tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Prepare weekly or biweekly performance reports summarizing wins, learnings, and actionable recommendations. Conduct A/B tests on post formats, copy, or posting times and document results.
