Affirming Community Together (ACT) by Vidal is located on the traditional land of the Semiahmoo, Katzie, Kwikwetlem, Kwantlen, Qayqayt, and Tsawwassen First Nations, also known as Surrey, BC. Since 2013, we have worked with nonprofit organizations, corporate organizations, small businesses, and post-secondary institutions, to deliver speaking engagements, training & coaching sessions as well as inclusive community building events. Our mission is to build inclusive spaces, empower communities, and foster meaningful change.

At ACT by Vidal, we are dedicated to:
Inclusive Leadership & Life Coaching: I provide a judgment-free zone for leaders to explore their EDI journey. Through curiosity and metaphor, I empower them to create inclusive environments where everyone can thrive.

Speaking Engagements: With a distinct perspective on leadership and social justice, I sit on panels and deliver engaging talks that promote inclusion and community building, ensuring every participant feels valued.

Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Training: Our dynamic training sessions address the unique challenges organizations face, helping them cultivate environments where all voices are heard and valued.

Phenomenal Black Women Networking & Social: This annual event creates a space for connection, inspiration, and support among Black women, fostering community building and professional growth.

Together, we bring people together through innovative, fun, and engaging sessions that foster deeper connections and lasting change.
