Digital Campaign Analytics Tool

The goal of this project is to design and develop a custom web-based dashboard for Blueflow Marketing Agency that helps manage and track digital marketing campaigns. The tool should allow Blueflow to create campaign entries, monitor key performance metrics (such as impressions, clicks, conversions), and visually present data in a way that is clear and useful for both internal teams and clients. This project will give students hands-on experience in full-stack web development while solving a real-world business need. Tasks and Activities Students will: Research how marketing campaigns are tracked and what metrics are most important to agencies like Blueflow. Design the user interface of the dashboard, including campaign creation forms and data display sections. Develop the frontend of the application using a framework or plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Build the backend to store and manage campaign data, using a database to save and retrieve information. Create interactive charts and visualizations to show campaign performance over time. Ensure the app is functional, user-friendly, and presents insights in a clear and professional way. Throughout the project, students will apply skills in programming, UI/UX design, problem-solving, and basic data analysis.

Digital Marketing Strategy

We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company? What social media channels should we utilize? What budget is appropriate for advertising? What messaging should we use?

Market Entry Consulting

Project Goal Help Blueflow Marketing Agency expand into a new market (e.g., a different city, region, or industry). Students will act as strategy consultants and develop a market entry plan that identifies new business opportunities and outlines a clear path for growth. What You’ll Do (Tasks): Analyze Blueflow’s Strengths What makes Blueflow different from other marketing agencies? What services or campaigns have been most successful? Research the New Market Choose a target market: a city (e.g., Vancouver), a sector (e.g., real estate, e-commerce), or a niche (e.g., beauty brands). What do businesses in that market need from a marketing agency? What trends are popular (e.g., influencer marketing, TikTok ads)? Define the Target Client What type of business is Blueflow trying to attract? What problems do those clients have that Blueflow can solve? Create a Unique Value Proposition Why should those clients choose Blueflow? What message or story would grab their attention? Identify Channels to Reach Clients Where should Blueflow promote itself? (LinkedIn, trade shows, cold outreach, paid ads) Suggest 2–3 effective marketing tactics for client outreach. Study the Competition Who else is offering similar marketing services in the new market? What do they do well and where is there room for Blueflow to stand out? Build a Partner Strategy Are there local collaborators (e.g., web developers, influencers, design studios) that Blueflow could work with? Create a Simple Pricing or Package Plan Suggest 1–2 service packages that would appeal to businesses in the new market. How can pricing be competitive but profitable? Final Report Structure 1. SEO and Social Media Strategy

Our team is looking to take our social media presence to the next level in order to drive traffic to our pages. To do this, we hope to improve our search engine optimization, and create an optimal schedule for our social media posts to be uploaded. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching keywords to determine the most relevant terms that our customers search for. Researching Search Engine Optimization requirements for us to rank on the first page of Google. Constructing a content calendar to upload social media content for the maximum possible traffic . Creating social media content using the most efficient keywords for our target audience while following the content calendar. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Using our company’s social media analytics to tailor the content calendar to our customers activity, rather than general trends
