Ownin My Website Development
We’re Owning My, an AI strategy and automation brand built for women solopreneurs who are done doing it all alone. We help them reclaim their time, scale their business, and implement systems that work while they rest. We’re ready to level up our digital presence with a bold, multi-page website reflecting our energy, mission, and unique voice. We’re looking for creative, tech-savvy students to help us build a custom website that doesn’t just look good—it vibes with our brand. This site will host our offers, tell our story, and invite women to start their AI journey with us. We want something that: Stands out visually, no cookie-cutter templates. Is easy for us to maintain and update. Can be deployed on Repl.it or similar platforms. Supports multi-page navigation , lead capture forms, and simple content updates. Forget Wix and WordPress, we want something custom , smart, and aligned with our AI-forward identity . Key Tasks You’ll Tackle: Explore different development platforms suitable for custom website builds (e.g., Repl.it, Webflow, or light custom code solutions). Conduct a needs analysis based on our brand, vision, and customer journey. Design and build a multi-page website (think: Home, About, Services, Contact, Lead Magnet Page, and Blog/Insights). Integrate simple forms for lead capture and booking inquiries. Provide documentation or training on how we can maintain the site post-launch. Bonus Points If You Can: Prototype user flows and test sections of the site with potential visitors (we can help with feedback). Optimize the site for mobile-first experience. Suggest light animation or interactive elements that align with our bold brand. What Success Looks Like: By the end of this project, you’ll have: Developed a fully functioning, visually striking website that matches the Owning My energy. Presented us with clear instructions for ongoing updates . Delivered a final report that explains your design choices, platform selection, and key learnings. How We’ll Support You: You’ll work directly with Claudette , the founder of Owning My, for regular feedback and mentorship. We’ll provide you with all the brand assets , voice and tone guidance , and content you need. We’re here to answer questions, support your ideas, and make sure this project is both creative and successful for you. Who Should Apply: Students who love bold design and are not afraid to step outside the typical web dev box. Folks who want to make a real impact by helping women entrepreneurs thrive. Anyone passionate about clean, functional code , visual storytelling, and modern, responsive design.
AI-Powered Lead Generation Agent Development (for Women Business Owners)
Main Goal for This Project: The primary objective of this project is to design, develop, and deploy a WhatsApp-based AI lead generation agent using MAKE , n8n , and Zapier , integrated with CRM systems via API connections. This agent will engage potential leads automatically, qualify them based on predefined criteria, and deliver them into a CRM for follow-up, helping scale the client’s outreach and sales processes. The outcome is a fully functional AI agent tailored for women-led businesses, capable of automating inbound lead generation via WhatsApp, with possible extensions to LinkedIn. Project Scope and Expectations: During this project, students will: Research and evaluate MAKE, n8n, and ZAPE as AI automation platforms. Conduct a needs analysis for integrating WhatsApp with CRM systems using API keys. Design a WhatsApp AI agent prototype capable of simulating human-like lead engagement. Develop API connections between WhatsApp, the AI agent, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable). Test the AI agent with sample data and refine workflows based on feedback. Provide technical documentation and user guidelines for deployment. Company Overview: Owning My empowers women solopreneurs by integrating AI and automation into their businesses. We specialize in AI adoption coaching, AI-powered system implementation, and custom agent development for lead generation. Our mission is to help women reclaim their time, reduce burnout, and scale their businesses confidently through smart, empathetic tech solutions. Project Details: Task 1: Platform Research & Needs Analysis Compare the capabilities of MAKE, n8n, and Zapier for WhatsApp integration. Identify the optimal platform for connecting WhatsApp and CRM systems. Define the user journey for a typical lead from first contact to CRM entry. Task 2: AI Agent Design (Figma or Workflow Draft) Create a visual workflow of the AI agent’s interaction with users. Map out conversation trees for lead qualification. Draft the API interaction structure for data transfer between systems. Task 3: AI Agent Development & Testing Build the initial WhatsApp agent using the chosen platform. Integrate API keys for CRM data entry. Run test scenarios and refine based on feedback from the project lead. Task 4: Documentation & Final Delivery Document all workflows, APIs used, and setup instructions. Prepare a final report summarizing choices, challenges, and outcomes. Final Deliverables: A functional WhatsApp AI agent prototype with CRM integration. A workflow diagram or mock-up created in Figma or equivalent. A final report detailing platform selection, technical setup, and recommendations. API documentation for WhatsApp and CRM integration. Benefits for Students: Gain hands-on experience with AI workflow automation tools (MAKE, n8n, ZAPE). Learn about API integration for real-world business applications. Exposure to AI-driven lead generation strategies. Potential to network within the AI and solopreneurship space. How Will You Support Learners in Completing the Project?
