Details

Canadian Hadassah-WIZO (CHW) is looking to strengthen its donor engagement strategy by developing a comprehensive stewardship policy. The goal of this project is to create a practical, easy-to-use policy that enhances donor relationships, ensures consistent recognition across all regions, and supports long-term donor retention and growth.

This project offers learners the opportunity to apply their knowledge of nonprofit management and donor relations in a real-world setting. Students will analyze CHW’s current donor engagement practices, identify gaps or areas for improvement, and develop a policy that reflects CHW’s mission and values.

The project will involve:

  • Researching best practices in donor stewardship
  • Consulting with CHW stakeholders
  • Drafting a stewardship policy document that can be easily adopted by staff across the organization

  • Recommendations to support long-term donor retention and loyalty
  • Presentation of Findings and Recommendations:
  • A summary presentation that highlights key research insights, identified gaps or opportunities, and actionable steps for implementing the new stewardship policy effectively across the organization.
