The goal of this project is to develop a strategic recruitment plan to attract, hire, and retain 20 qualified real estate agents within a 12-month timeframe. This challenge involves a combination of market analysis, employer branding, digital recruitment strategies, value proposition design, and operational planning. Students will apply strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and digital tools to design a comprehensive, actionable talent acquisition plan aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
By the end of the project, students are expected to deliver a comprehensive business solution that includes:
- A clearly defined and validated hiring challenge, informed by market and competitor research
- A creative and scalable agent recruitment strategy using digital and traditional channels
- A value proposition and employer brand strategy aligned with industry expectations
- Financial projections for recruitment costs, ROI, and retention scenarios
- A practical implementation plan with key timelines, resource planning, and risk mitigation
- Integration of digital tools (e.g., CRM, ATS, digital marketing, automation) for efficiency and scale
