Motaz Al-Saqqa is looking to grow his Remax Brokerage. The goal of this project is to develop a strategic recruitment plan to attract, hire, and retain 20 qualified real estate agents within a 12-month timeframe. This challenge involves a combination of market analysis, employer branding, digital recruitment strategies, value proposition design, and operational planning. Students will apply strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and digital tools to design a comprehensive, actionable talent acquisition plan aligned with the company’s growth objectives.


By the end of the project, students are expected to deliver a comprehensive business solution that includes:

  • A clearly defined and validated hiring challenge, informed by market and competitor research
  • A creative and scalable agent recruitment strategy using digital and traditional channels
  • A value proposition and employer brand strategy aligned with industry expectations
  • Financial projections for recruitment costs, ROI, and retention scenarios
  • A practical implementation plan with key timelines, resource planning, and risk mitigation
  • Integration of digital tools (e.g., CRM, ATS, digital marketing, automation) for efficiency and scale
  • Evidence-based recommendations supported by analytics, industry trends, and stakeholder feedback
  • Professional collaboration, research, and communication reflective of strong management capabilities
