ABEN HUB is seeking to enhance its business development efforts by generating new leads and developing a robust sales pipeline. The goal of this project is to provide learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of sales strategies and communication skills to real-world scenarios. The project involves researching potential markets, identifying key prospects, and developing a structured approach to engage these prospects effectively. Learners will analyze current sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative strategies to increase lead conversion rates. They will be expected to reach out to potential clients, learn the business needs, outline product capability and assess client-product-fit, as a part of this process. This project will help ABEN HUB streamline its sales communication and improve overall efficiency in its business development operations.
