What You’ll Do
As part of the strategy and GTM intern team, you will:
- Conduct Go-to-Market (GTM) research to help define:
- Key early adopter segments (B2B, institutional, and B2C if applicable)
- GTM timelines and partner strategies
- Acquisition channels, branding priorities, and messaging tone
- Perform detailed market analysis, including:
- Competitor benchmarking (direct and indirect)
- Landscape mapping of potential users and collaborators
- Identification of sector-specific needs or regulatory triggers
- Deliver structured insights via:
- PESTLE analysis to understand macro risks/opportunities
- SWOT analysis to define our internal position
- Porter’s Five Forces to gauge market competitiveness
- Explore ideas for:
- Strategic partnerships
- Government relations (grants, public-private adoption)
- Early trust-building campaigns (B2G or public sector)

- Strong research, writing, and presentation abilities
