The project aims to define a strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) plan to successfully launch this product across multiple sectors, including healthcare, public data, and Web3. The primary goal is to identify key early adopter segments, establish effective acquisition channels, and create a compelling branding strategy. Learners will conduct comprehensive market research, including competitor benchmarking and landscape mapping, to understand the sector-specific needs and regulatory triggers. The project will also explore potential strategic partnerships and government relations to facilitate early adoption and trust-building campaigns.

What You’ll Do

As part of the strategy and GTM intern team, you will:

  • Conduct Go-to-Market (GTM) research to help define:
  • Key early adopter segments (B2B, institutional, and B2C if applicable)
  • GTM timelines and partner strategies
  • Acquisition channels, branding priorities, and messaging tone
  • Perform detailed market analysis, including:
  • Competitor benchmarking (direct and indirect)
  • Landscape mapping of potential users and collaborators
  • Identification of sector-specific needs or regulatory triggers
  • Deliver structured insights via:
  • PESTLE analysis to understand macro risks/opportunities
  • SWOT analysis to define our internal position
  • Porter’s Five Forces to gauge market competitiveness
  • Explore ideas for:
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Government relations (grants, public-private adoption)
  • Early trust-building campaigns (B2G or public sector)
