The main goal for the project is to establish a strong digital presence for Canada Conseil Groupe and attract new clients through various online channels. This will involve tasks such as:


- Finalizing the website using Odoo website and ensuring it aligns with the company's branding and style.


- Writing engaging and informative articles for the company's blog to showcase expertise and attract potential clients.


- Publishing regular posts on LinkedIn to increase visibility and engagement within the professional network.


- Optimizing SEO to improve the website's search engine ranking and visibility.


- Strategically managing the budget for Google Ads to maximize the impact of online advertising.


- Developing and implementing strategies to approach and attract new clients through digital marketing efforts.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, the team should complete the following tasks:


- A fully finalized and optimized website using Odoo with the company's branding and style. The website has already been made and the content is there.


- A series of well-written and engaging blog articles that demonstrate expertise and attract potential clients.


- Regularly scheduled and engaging LinkedIn posts that increase visibility and engagement.


- Improved SEO performance and visibility for the company's website.


- A well-managed and optimized Google Ads campaign within the allocated budget.


- A strategic plan for approaching and attracting new clients through digital marketing efforts.

Mentorship

As the co-founder and head of business development, my responsibilities include training the learner in the following areas:

  1. Kick-off meeting and onboarding: I will provide a concise overview of our company and the various services we offer, along with explaining the project's objectives and deliverables.
  2. Training sessions: During approximately 2 hours of training, we will demonstrate the use of our systems—specifically, the Odoo website and our social media platforms. The learner will receive full access to these systems during the training.
  3. Weekly team meetings: We hold hour-long team meetings every week. Additionally, there will be individual sprints or follow-ups with the learner to review progress made during the week and outline goals for the upcoming tasks.
