Details

Develop a web-based learning calendar system that allows employees to submit training requests, receive approvals, and track upcoming sessions in a centralized platform. This system will ensure that training sessions are efficiently scheduled and visible to all employees, reducing communication gaps and improving participation. Employees can propose training sessions, which will then be reviewed and approved by the training manager before being added to the annual training calendar. The system will also include automated notifications to keep employees informed about training approvals, changes, and upcoming sessions and also a link to all recorded sessions. By providing a structured and transparent process, this tool will enhance professional development opportunities within the organization.
