Details

Initially developed as a free resource for families dealing with caregiving, Caregiving Network is seeking to transition into a self-sustaining model by monetizing its generative AI technology, content, and interactive apps. The goal is to create a viable leasing strategy that allows other organizations to utilize these resources while maintaining the core mission of supporting caregivers. The project involves analyzing the current offerings, identifying potential market segments, and developing a comprehensive monetization plan. This plan should consider pricing strategies, potential partnerships, and marketing approaches. The project aims to ensure that the Caregiving Network remains accessible to those in need while generating revenue to support its ongoing development and expansion. In June, we are developing care teams that will operationalize the spread of caregiving and support among families and trusted friends.

Deliverables

- A detailed monetization strategy document outlining potential revenue streams.

- A market analysis report identifying key segments and competitors.

- A proposed pricing model for leasing the AI technology and content.

- A marketing plan to promote the leasing options to potential clients.

- Recommendations for partnerships or collaborations to enhance the network's reach and impact.

The Caregiving Network™ is transforming care by introducing an international network-effect marketplace with A.I. assistance throughout the website to simplifies connections between individuals caring for others and those that serve them, creating a virtuous cycle. The more individuals that join the platform, the more valuable it becomes for all users. By creating a smart centralized platform where caregivers can access a range of services and support from public and non-profit entities, it will become easier for caregivers to find the trusted support they need and access to a broad range of products and services than through single or limited offerings.
