Welcome to Nail The Numbers! We’re excited to offer talented students the chance to work on our project, Mission Possible: Inspire Founders on Financial Empowerment. Did you know that 82% of founders across North America fail in business because they don't know how to build or balance a budget? Together, with your creativity, we’re on a mission to change that.
Main Goal:
The primary goal of this project is to create bold, captivating social media posts that engage and inspire action among North American founders—disrupting the traditional perception of founder finance. With a 60-hour timeframe over 2-8 weeks, we’re here to shake things up and empower founders to own their financial future.
Project Scope and Expectations
Students will be responsible for creating social media posts and captions for three of our themed collections:
- The Oz Collection: Our Cashflow Canvas is like the "yellow brick road" for business budgets, guiding founders from their current financial state to where they need to be. This collection includes fun, whimsical posts inspired by The Wonderful Wizard of Oz—where financial insights meet creativity.
- The Wake-Up Call Collection: Inspired by Monopoly action cards, this collection features posts with calls to action like "Pay Yourself a Fair Founder Salary," "Bank Funds for a Rainy Day," and "Pay the Tax Man." It’s all about empowering founders to make financially sound choices.
- Fin Fact Friday Collection: This series shares interesting and rarely discussed financial facts relevant to founders. Each post in this collection sparks curiosity and engagement around financial literacy.
Tasks
Students will create 24 pieces of content for each collection. We’re looking for someone who can generate creative content that not only aligns with our themes but also encourages founders to engage and take action. Posts will be required in both square (1080 x 1080) and rectangle (1280 x 628) formats, and each post will need an engaging caption.
