Project Overview:

- SEO Improvement:
- Audit current SEO practices and suggest improvements to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Implement SEO best practices across product pages, blogs, and website content.
- Backend Process Enhancement:
- Evaluate current backend processes related to order management, customer support, and inventory tracking.
- Propose and implement efficient workflows to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management Streamlining:
- Analyze current inventory management practices and identify areas for optimization.
- Develop strategies to minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and improve inventory turnover.
- Trend Understanding and Product Forecasting:
- Research industry trends in Christian art and faith-inspired products.
- Forecast demand based on market analysis and customer preferences to guide product development and inventory planning.
