V13 Fan-Funded Membership Platform Implementation
The goal of this project is to establish a fan-funded membership platform for V13 Media Group, enabling fans and supporters to contribute financially to the company's mission. The project involves researching and selecting a suitable platform, such as Patreon or Ko-fi, that aligns with V13's brand and objectives. The team will design membership tiers and rewards that appeal to V13's audience, ensuring that they are both attractive and sustainable. Additionally, the project will focus on integrating the chosen platform seamlessly into V13’s existing digital ecosystem, including their website and social media channels. This integration aims to enhance user experience and encourage community-backed growth. V13 CRM Integration and Automation Project
V13 Media Group is seeking to enhance its client relationship management by implementing a free CRM solution that integrates seamlessly with its existing tools such as Google Workspace, Discord, Zapier, Notion, and Shopify. The goal of this project is to research, select, and set up a CRM system that optimizes client interactions, streamlines sales pipelines, and enhances team workflows through effective automation. The project will focus on identifying a CRM or CRM solution that offers high usability and performance, ensuring that it aligns with V13's operational needs. By leveraging automation, the CRM should reduce manual tasks, improve data accuracy, and provide insightful analytics for better decision-making. The project will be completed by a team of learners specializing in information systems or business technology, applying their classroom knowledge to real-world CRM implementation challenges.
