ViaSkill is an AI-powered career growth platform designed to help professionals track their achievements, identify skill gaps, and generate personalized resumes, portfolios, and learning boosts. Unlike traditional job search tools, ViaSkill supports continuous career development—whether or not someone is actively job hunting.

We’re seeking student collaborators to help us develop and launch a strategic social media marketing campaign to drive awareness, increase sign-ups, and expand our reach to new audiences.

This project will include:

• Understanding ViaSkill’s product offering, differentiators, and brand voice
• Identifying the best social platforms and content strategies to engage career-focused professionals
• Planning and proposing content themes, formats, and creative direction tailored for each channel
• Developing a social media content calendar to guide rollout
• Recommending success metrics and tools to track campaign performance
• (Bonus) Recommending social scheduling or analytics tools that suit early-stage startups

🛠 What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should be able to:

• Clearly articulate ViaSkill’s brand, mission, and target audience
• Identify high-potential social media channels for organic reach and engagement (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
• Design content strategies that align with ViaSkill’s tone and audience needs
• Build a sample content calendar (2–4 weeks) with example posts or concepts
• Outline recommended performance metrics (e.g., engagement rate, follower growth, CTR to signup page)
• (Bonus) Research and propose one or more tools (free or affordable) to help with scheduling and reporting

📦 Final deliverables should include:

• A final strategy report and social media content calendar
• A 10-minute recorded or live presentation walking through the campaign recommendations
• (Optional) Mockups or example posts (images, captions, hashtags, etc.)

🤝 How will you support learners in completing the project?

Our team will provide:

• A 30-minute kickoff session to introduce ViaSkill and answer initial questions
• Access to product demos, branding assets, and example content
• Weekly availability for asynchronous Q&A or optional check-ins
• Ongoing feedback and mentorship throughout the project
• Insights into how their work might be implemented in a real-world startup environment
