The main goal for the project is to prepare a client whitepaper that provides valuable insights for HR and senior leadership in the Semiconductor industry. This will involve several different steps for the team, including:

- Defining the scope of the whitepaper and identifying key questions it will answer.

- Conducting primary research through surveys with candidates and/or companies in the semiconductor sector.

- Analyzing survey data to identify key workforce trends and challenges.

- Developing strategic recommendations for workforce management and recruitment for semiconductor companies.

- Creating engaging content for the whitepaper that aligns with TPD’s branding and marketing goals.

By the end of the project, the team should complete the following tasks:

- A clearly defined scope for the whitepaper and a list of key questions it will answer.

- Survey data analysis report identifying key workforce trends and challenges in the semiconductor industry.

- Strategic recommendations for workforce management and recruitment for semiconductor companies.

- Engaging content for the whitepaper that aligns with TPD’s branding and marketing goals.

- A final client whitepaper on workforce management and recruitment in the Semiconductor industry.
